NEW YEAR'S EVE LOOK

Wednesday, December 13, 2017

Hello loves, I wanted to take a moment and thank you all for the love and support I have had from you. I am so grateful for ALL the opportunities I have had this year, it really was more than I could have imagine. Traveling to New Orleans, Cancun, Mexico, and New York were some great trips I will never forget. I can't wait to see where I will be traveling to next year. This year I will call it the year of CHANGE. I took chances on everything and now I am doing what I love. I never saw myself quitting my full time job and turning this blogging into a full time job. I still work part time which I don't mind it at all. Being a mother of two boys, a wifey, working, and managing my own blog/Instagram page keeps me busy in a good way. Today, I will be sharing how I make time for everything in my life and my top 5 New Year resolutions. Looking for a simple New Year's look, here are some pics. Celebrating a SUCCESSFUL year comes with its challenges. It starts with believing in yourself and not comparing yourself to others. Being a mother to two boys doesn't meant I have all the time in the world to take pictures daily in different outfits. How do I make it work? Remember, there is always a way. I meet up with my photographers on a day I have off and we shoot about 3-5 different outfits for 2 sessions a month. My brand is important to me so the quality of my pictures for my blog matter. Brands want to see that you put a lot of time into your post and quality is important. I would lose hours of sleep when I was working full time just to make sure I had a blog post ready to go the next day. You have to sacrifice something when you are working towards a goal in your life. Luckily, now I have more time to do what I love. If you can't do it ALL in one day, take a day off to make sure you do.

"Be Patient, GOOD THINGS TAKE TIME. If you ask me, where humans go wrong is with their lack of patience. That, and their recent acquired taste for instant gratification. The reality is that things take time."

Here are my 5 New Year's Resoultions.

1.) Stay HEALTHY which means I will be making time to workout 2-3 times a week. It makes me feel good about myself and I have more energy to take on the day.
2.) FOCUS on a goal and write it down. It could be anything you want to change in your life. I will be focusing on doing more blog post and talking about things that you all would love to hear about.
3.) ENJOY what you do in life, and live in the moment. Whether you need to change things in your life, do it. Mine would be to enjoy my boys more while they are little because time does fly by.
4.) WORK HARD & PLAY HARD being your own boss does not mean you have all the free time in the world. Make a schedule and write everything down so that you make sure your list is check off. When you get a vacation enjoy it to the fullest.
5.) EXPLORING is a big one. Too often we are scared to explore because we do not know what to expect. I want to travel more in 2018. I would like to go to 5 different places I have never been before. I would also like to cook new meals although being in the kitchen isn't my favorite thing to do.
